Felix Blue Cheese Awarded Top Honors

Faribault, MN – Last week cheesemakers from over 29 countries across the globe submitted their cheeses for three days of intense judging to determine the top cheese champions at the prestigious World Championship Cheese Contest. This year’s contest awarded Caves of Faribault Felix Blue Cheese with the 3rd place award in the Blue Veined Cheeses with Exterior Molding category.

Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association biennially since 1957, the World Championship Cheese Contest is the world’s premier technical cheese, butter and yogurt competition.  A complete listing of the 2022 contest results can be found on the World Championship Cheese Contest website.
