Caves of Faribault Handmade, Cave-Aged Cheese Awards

Cheese competition judges typically evaluate contest cheese for both technical and aesthetic quality. The written judges' comments from contests and competitions provide a cheesemaker with good technical feedback to use in continually improving his or her craft.

At Caves of Faribault, we enter cheese contests for that exact purpose. We are humbly grateful for the awards our handmade cave-aged cheese has earned to date.
