December is the time to celebrate the holidays with all of your friends and family.  It is the time to reflect on the past 11 months and to celebrate the wins.  We want to share some of our holiday and winter traditions with you all to serve as some celebration inspo as we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome in 2023.

Is it just us, or is your December filled with holiday parties to celebrate 2022 and to say “hellllllo” to 2023?  If your friends and family are anything like ours, then we know you are responsible for all things cheesy when it comes to apps, main dishes, side dishes and desserts.  Here are some of our favorite cheesy ways to impress your guests this year.

We know we shared some of our favorite “Blue Cheese-y” summer recipes with you, but we also understand that summer can be a time for savoring all the fresh cheeses like mozzarella, ricotta, chevre and more.  If you quietly moved away from cooking with Blue cheese, no worries.  We are here to challenge you to fall back in love with Blue.

When the fall hits and the weather gets cold, we here in Faribault get super excited about Halloween.  Why just celebrate one day when you can celebrate the whole month?  Halloween is not just about tricks and treats, costumes and scary movies; it’s a whole vibe.  Here are some ways we are celebrating all month long!

Like (most) Minnesotans, we adore the MN State Fair. It’s a time to come together to celebrate all things Minnesota! We love everything about the fair experience - the food, the animals, the art, and (our favorite) the Dairy Building, which features the famed Princess Kay butter sculptures plus malts and sundaes. Before we talk to you about our participation in the fair, we wanted to give you a quick glimpse at some of our favorites from the day!
