Everything (but the bagel) Cheese Dip

Made with Cherubic Gouda

Ingredients

Cheese Dip Base

  • 8 oz. Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened to room temp
  • 1½ cups Cherubic Gouda, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup scallions, sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 4 tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning (store bought, or you can use the recipe below)

 

Everything Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp. dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. dried minced onion
  • ½ tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp. black sesame seeds

 

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese, Greek yogurt, 1 cup of shredded Cherubic, ¼ cup of green onions, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, 2 tbsp. chives and Everything Bagel seasoning.
  3. Add the mixture to a small cast iron pan or a baking dish, making sure to spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Top with mixture with the remaining Cherubic, chives and green onions.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.  Broil for 5 minutes on low to ensure it is golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes (it will be HOT) and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels and chopped veggies.
