Based on the British Winter Warmer style, this brew’s toasted malt flavors mix with hints of espresso, caramel and black cherry for a velvety smooth finish. When our famous St. Pete’s Select® Blue Cheese is soaked in this beer the toasted malt flavor picks up on the sweetness of the cheese, creating a velvety, sweet cheese with hints of sharpness shining through and a nice, spiced finish.
